About Traveling Fellows from the Asian countries
Young aggressive doctors will be selected for traveling fellows from the Asian countries. Hand surgeon, Orthopedic surgeon or Rheumatologist who experienced this field or willing to learn about rheumatoid hand problems and treatment are all welcome. Selected fellow should arrive to Osaka no later than Saturday November 10th, and attend “Live surgery course on Saturday 10th at Namba Hand Center”（details not confirmed), welcome reception and whole meeting on Sunday. We will arrange an opportunity to each fellow to visit nearby institutions observing surgeries and discussing about the rheumatoid hand problems after the meeting. Accommodation during the meeting are waved and additional days will be supported maximum 5 nights. Longer stay and visit other institution need travel should be your own. However, please inform your arrival and depature schedule, Therefore, financial aid of 100,000 yen (=882.5 U.S. dollars) will be reimbursed on your arrival for your travel. Once again, main purpose of this program is to educate, to discuss and to know each other, therefore, English ability is crucial and younger Doctor (under 45) has advantage but no strict regulation is settled.

Application will be accepted from January 1st 2018 and half of the fellow will be selected by end of April. Deadline of application is end of July. Final decision will be made by Aug 10th 2018.
